The fine print.
A quiet studio runs on trust and timing. These policies keep every appointment calm and every client cared for.
Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a valid card on file to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your service total on the day of your visit.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service fee. No-shows are charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
A 10 minute grace period is offered. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or a required reschedule to respect the appointments that follow.
Redos & Fixes
We stand behind our work. Any concerns with gel or gel-x services may be addressed within 5 days of your appointment at no charge. Wear-and-tear repairs after that window are billed at our standard fix rate.
Health & Sanitation
All tools are hospital-grade sterilized between clients and single-use items are discarded after every service. Please reschedule if you are unwell or have any nail or skin condition that may need medical attention.
Children & Guests
For the calm of the studio, we kindly ask that guests and children not receiving services wait outside the treatment area.
Payment
We accept all major cards and contactless payments. Gratuity is appreciated and may be added at checkout in cash or card.
